About Quinby
A passion for good whiskey drives our process and spirits
I started this journey intent on finding a rich, flavorful, smooth, straight bourbon whiskey with a taste and a character that I loved. I searched for years, but was unable to find a bourbon that satisfied my vision, so I ultimately made my own. As I’ve shared it with family and friends across the country, the reaction has been consistent and overwhelming—in a very positive way. So much that I’m now offering small quantities of the 4-year vintage available on a limited basis—fewer than 2,000 bottles per year.

Quality Has Been A Quinby Hallmark For Over 300 Years
Centuries ago, Quenby Hall in Leicestershire, England was where the finest Stilton cheese was produced for the world to enjoy. Today, this family name (American spelling Quinby) remains synonymous with quality.
William P. Quinby, a direct descendant and bourbon lover decided to craft his own special whiskey using only the finest ingredients. In close partnership with Jason Barrett, the youngest master distiller in the U.S. (located in Rochester, NY), Quinby produces each run of this unique bourbon in one distilling season, by one distiller, at one distillery. It is a measure of quality rarely seen these days… and is the only way Quinby will ever be produced.
